We pour our heart into crafting fresh, artisanal chocolates and baked delights just for you. Since our items are perishable and made-to-order, please review our policy carefully.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation Window
- Once you place your order, we’ll reach out via the email or phone number provided to confirm details like product, price, and expected delivery date.
- Cancellations are only accepted before we confirm your order. Once we’ve sent order confirmation, cancellations are not possible.
Situations That Allow Cancellation & Refund
- If any item you ordered becomes unavailable after confirmation, we will promptly notify you. In that case:
- If payment was already made, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you opted for Cash on Delivery, you may cancel the order.
- At our discretion, we reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:
- Inability to reach you for order confirmation,
- Delivery address falls outside our service area,
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information,
- Unforeseen unavailability of ingredients or products.

- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your banking provider.
- A modest deduction may apply to cover payment gateway or processing fees (e.g., a flat or percentage-based service charge).
No Refunds for Change of Mind
We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for cases such as:
- Change of mind or wrong product preference,
- delays in deliveries brought on the weather, courier partners, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
Damages & Quality Concerns
- Spoiled, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone, along with clear photos.
- Investigations will be conducted, and if approved, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, or a replacement, at our discretion.
